  • Although the conference is geared towards Pastors, Ministry Leaders, and Missions Workers – the conference is open to anyone!

  • We ask that only the children of those attending Oasis Conference attend the Conference for Kids.

  • Every track is designed to address specific roles, ensuring your team gets exactly what they need.

  • Short answer: ABSOLUTELY!

  • Short answer - YES! 

    Long answer - we will have childcare for 0-11 years of age. 

    Children ages 0-5 will be in separate rooms based on each child's age (at the time of the conference). 

    Children 6-11 will have their conference to experience while their parents are participating in Oasis.

  • Our closest airport is ROC which is 25 minutes North of Lima, NY

  • The conference starts at 6:30 (doors open at 6 pm) on Tuesday,May 20, 2025 and ends after the evening session on Thursday, May 22.

  • Although Lima is a small town, there are still plenty of local eateries only a short drive away. More well-known establishments can be found in our neighboring towns: Avon, Henrietta, Geneseo, and Victor.

    Please keep the schedule and start times in mind when choosing a restaurant.

  • Anyone can serve at Oasis. We do ask that anyone 18+ who is serving in our Children’s Conference have a background check.

  • To serve with the Children’s Conference please fill out this form.

    To serve in other areas at the Oasis Conference (cameras, security, food, set up, etc) please fill out this form or email events@elimfellowship.org

  • Your schedule for Oasis will depend on your specific assignment, which will be communicated by your Team Leader. However, you should be prepared to be available to serve throughout the duration of the conference

  • No, but we will be recording each session.
